Many thanks for your valuable past and continued assistance. This process has been made straightforward, easy and seamless. The operative word here is ‘made', because I am convinced that, without your valuable assistance and guidance, this would not have been the case and I am sure it would have proved quite a daunting and challenging process for us. Appreciate it. You and your team have guided us ‘hand in hand' through a tricky and complex process at every step. Transferring of mortgages is always an anxious and stressful process for most homeowners and this is now more so in the wake of the GFC, the ‘lessons learned' and the higher levels of due diligence that financial institutions have to comply with as ‘responsible lenders'. It is this sort of close attention to customer care that is essential and is clearly the edge that smaller businesses have over the ‘big boys'. It is also, in our view, the ‘cornerstone' of repeat business and recommendation to others.

So sorry for not getting back to you sooner, but have been spending all that extra money you arranged for me. I can not speak highly enough of the level of service and commitment from LadyBird HomeLoans, particularly Michael who really went the extra mile and a half to get me refinancing for my house. With some black marks on my credit file it was proving very difficult. Having been to see 3 or 4 other brokers (who I might add promised the world, no problems etc.) who would never get back to you, or you just couldn't contact them. And having had bad financing advice in the first place when buying the house, it was so wonderful to find some one who was up front and told you all the ins & outs. He got me a better repayment rate and more money to do some renovations. I really recommend this company to any one wanting UP FRONT ADVICE and OLD FASHIONED SERVICE. My husband and I had been stuck in the rent cycle for ages - we wanted a home of our own but due to our circumstances we never believed we would meet the criteria set out by lenders. Then we got some really bad news, the rental property we lived in was being sold and the cost of renting was getting so high it was such a waste of money. We needed help but didn't know where to go.
