Herron Todd White Month in Review February 2016

February 8, 2016

February 2016 - The year ahead

Here we are at the beginning of another year in property. Interest rates remain low, so there’s no problem finding an affordable source of funds. In addition, a drop in the Australia dollar has meant renewed interest among our 'lifestyle' localities. This all comes after a very big year in Sydney property, so an affordability momentum might start building as investors look to other population centres for growth.

It’s within this framework that Herron Todd White presents its annual 'Year Ahead' issue of Month In Review. Each of their offices has given their analysis of property in 2016. They don’t get away from their advice lightly either - come December, they’ll be asked to look back on their thoughts and assess how their observations panned out.
