April 19, 2016

With the election date now set and a short campaign ahead, we may start to see a traditional slowing of activity in the markets. It’s an unusual occurrence that rolls around whenever a federal poll is called. No doubt each of the parties will have further announcements that are set to impact our industry. We will watch with interest as all is revealed.

In this month’s issue of Month In Review, HTW's residential valuers are profiling fringe suburbs, highlighting some of the more desirable options in their outer areas. Commercially, the industrial sector is being profiled and we take a look at the market ahead in 2016.

We trust you’ll enjoy digging in to this month’s edition and all the great information held within.
