My Background

Having completed a  Bachelor in Business, Mik has been passionately contributing and leading within the sales and marketing team at LadyBird since 2016. Mik was a first home buyer herself and has recently stepped into the investor market. Mik has been able to apply her personal learnings in understanding why the process needs to run as smoothly as possible and ensuring that open lines of communication between all parties are maintained throughout.

Having developed and utilised her innovation, networking, organisational skills, adaptability and effervescent personality to retain and build relationships with all Lady Bird referral partners, enabling her to provide “Spot on Service & Advice”. This premium service had Mik recognised as a 2019 Telstra Business Woman of the year finalist.

Mik has extensive experience and strong relationship management skills, ensuring that industry specialists who work alongside LadyBird receive premium support and have the ability to have their questions answered in a professional and jargon free manor. With exceptional attention to detail, in particular Mik’s communication skills both verbal and written, assisting her ability to forward think and provide premium service and support.
